For environmentally conscious enterprises, Identiv’s Eco-Friendly RFID Tag is here to help protect the planet. If you use or embed RFID technology — but are struggling with improving the ecological footprint of your supply chain — it’s time to learn more about how the IoT is going green.

RFID Journal will present the second webinar in its series focusing on the best new products of 2020. The first half will highlight RFRain’s Smart Reader.

In the second half of the webinar, Identiv will discuss its Eco-Friendly RFID and NFC Tags.

These new tags have non-etched, paper-based transponder inlays that reduce the traditional use of PET-based substrates and byproducts. The tags are manufactured on renewable paper, without plastic layers and harmful chemicals, and boast a low carbon footprint. As the antenna is patterned in an innovative laser-manufacturing process, all excess aluminum is completely recycled, and the paper used is fully repulpable.
