If I want to attend the meeting and vote, what do I need to know?
If your shares are registered directly in your name with our transfer agent, American Stock Transfer & Trust Company LLC, you are considered a registered holder, or stockholder of record, with respect to those shares. As the stockholder of record, you have the right to vote. You may vote during the virtual AGM by following the instructions available at virtualshareholdermeeting.com/INVE2021 during the virtual AGM. However, even if you plan to attend the virtual AGM, we recommend that you vote your shares in advance by proxy so that your vote will be counted if you later decide not to attend the virtual AGM.
If you hold your shares through a broker, bank, or other intermediary rather than directly in your own name, you are considered a beneficial owner of shares held in street name. Because a beneficial owner is not a stockholder of record, you may not vote these shares at the virtual meeting unless you obtain a legal proxy from the broker, bank, or nominee that holds your shares, giving you the right to vote those shares at the virtual meeting. If you wish to attend the virtual AGM, you will need to contact your broker, bank, or nominee to obtain a legal proxy. Please contact your broker, bank or other intermediary to obtain a legal proxy.
